O.K. I am a 20 year old who is absolutely sick of the restrictive laws of this Country, (USA), and think that I may steal a Yacht or a Ship, and sale my stoner ass to the Netherlands.

If I was sucessful in this attempt and did reach Dutch waters, what is the possibility that they would take me in as a citizen without naturalisation papers, and if they refused my stay, would I be extrodited back to the United States to face charges.

If so, what would those charges be?
